Our Product Portfolio

A software platform for the creation of high-performance data integration solutions, including ETL (extract, transform and load) components. It allows data to be obtained from multiple sources, reformatted and loaded into another database (data mart, or data warehouse) for subsequent use through data visualization and analytics tools, artificial intelligence and support for the management and operation of business processes.

Serviber Analytics is a transversal software application applicable to any sector and business, especially in projects characterized by volume, complexity, quality, availability requirements and, in some cases, even in real time. The software platform is focusing on data visualization and therefore providing quick access to complex information, dashboards, metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Serviber/Gastel is a telephone traffic management and analysis platform, controlling the traffic of telephone calls made through a company’s voice network. It includes functionalities for obtaining and processing data as well as management and administration of the cost generated and predefined and configurable report generation utilities.

This service is based on the functionalities of Serviber/Gastel and additional includes integration and automation components to generate reports and statistics to showcase telephone calls made by a company.

It is destined at operators and companies that provide IP voice communications services in the Cloud. Our Serviber/Gastel solution is multi-client, including functionalities for creating users and assigning access permissions to information for each client independently.

A CTI (telephone and computer integration) solution that allows the digitisation of the specialised attention process of calls made through telephone switchboards dedicated to the provision of communications services to high-level executives. It also incorporates a tool for generating reports on the activity and quality of the telephone service offered.
