How to achieve the certification

The process starts with the pre-assessment phase. If a e-scooter sharing provider is able to meet 90% of the requirements stated in the standard, the certificate is then provided. If the requirements could not be met, safety experts from different DEKRA units will guide the sharing provider through consultation and workshops to meet the rigorous standard.
